The Serbian men's national team crowned FINA World League winners in Keel equipment once more on Sunday in Huizhou, China. After defeating USA 10-6 (2-0, 3-1, 3-0, 2-5) in the final Serbia claimed their 4th straight and 10th overall World League title. Filip Filipovic earned top scoring honors netting 3 shots while goalkeeper Branislav Mitrovic was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player following the gold medal match.

USA, led by former Serbian national team coach Dejan Udovicic, missed their starting center due to illness and were dominated by the defending champs for 3 quarters. Scoring 5 goals in the final period could not help them back. The Dejan Savic coached side had previously beaten the Americans 10-8 during group play of the Super Final in Huizhou.
